Sunday saw the official start of our Juvenile season with registration for all players from U6 to U16. While many of the older age groups have been back training for a few week it was the first training session at the Club grounds following a successful indoor season since January. 

Joe Cunningham (Juvenile Chairman) welcomed all the new players and parents and explained the training times, registration process, and communication system for the season ahead. After that it was time to grab the helmets and hurleys and enjoy some games as the coaches got to know all the players. 

It was great to see new players join at U8, U10, and U12 as well as new mentors taking their first steps after a recent Foundation Hurling course at the Club. It is hoped to run a Foundation Football course in the coming weeks. 

All in all, a great start to the season.
